Antonissen Luxembourg demonstrates a strong focus on action

The developer is seeking out land with strong potential

While the Luxembourg property market is going through a period of uncertainty, Antonissen Luxembourg is taking strong action. The developer, which has been active in the country since 2019, is sending a clear message to property owners: whether it's brownfield sites, unused properties or planned projects, anything can be investigated together in order to create high value-added developments. With 25 projects already in its portfolio and 8 currently being commercialised, Antonissen Luxembourg intends to pick up the pace.

Growth driven by tangible results

In a market where buyers have become more cautious, the company is exceeding its targets and has announced an ambitious target: to develop more than 100 additional units over the next 12 months. Three projects are already underway in strategic areas of Luxembourg City: Place de l'Étoile, Merl and Neudorf Kirchberg.

Operating in the Grand Duchy since six years ago, Antonissen's Luxembourg subsidiary is now firmly established in the local property market. Although the group has been operating in Belgium for 16 years, the Luxembourg team is entirely local: from project management to subcontractors, everything is handled on site using an in-depth knowledge of the market.

This human-sized structure – currently comprising five people – allows for great agility, fast responsiveness and, above all, direct proximity to partners, customers and local authorities.

The Luxembourg market, which has long been dominated by sellers, has now become a market for discerning buyers. They compare, negotiate and expect high standards. Antonissen has fully embraced this transformation: enhanced customer service, adaptable plans, integration of sustainable features (electric charging stations, solar panels, etc.).

Its success can also be explained by its clear positioning: Antonissen makes its mark by developing small-scale residential developments and single-family homes on the outskirts of Luxembourg City, tailor-made for every lifestyle: young professionals, families or investors.
